What we collect
When you submit an inquiry through this website, we collect:
- Your name and email address.
- The profile information, audience size, goals, budget, and timeline you choose to share.
- Any free-text context you provide.
- Your interface language preference.
We do not run analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies on this site. We use a single local-storage entry to remember your theme, language, and form draft.
How we use it
Inquiry submissions are sent directly to our internal Telegram workspace so we can review and respond to you. We use this information only to evaluate fit, prepare for our conversation with you, and follow up. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Where it lives
The website is hosted on Vercel. Form submissions are delivered via the Telegram Bot API to our private chat. We do not store inquiries in a separate database; the message thread in Telegram is the record.
How long we keep it
We retain inquiry messages for as long as needed to evaluate and respond, and then for a reasonable business period afterward. You can ask us to delete your record at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email info@nexpersona.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We do not set tracking cookies. The site uses your browser's local storage to remember your theme and language choice, and to save your form progress so you can come back to it. You can clear this at any time via your browser settings.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage.
